1. David Molk (Seventh Round, 2012)
The Chargers have a strong need at the hub position. Chris Watt cannot stay healthy and Trevor Robinson struggled in his place, earning a putrid overall grade of 23.4 from Pro Football Focus (No. 37 among qualifying centers).
Molk is a tenacious blocker with good quickness and footwork. He has some trouble finishing blocks, but is still a strong backup center who can handle the starting role when needed. He appeared in seven games with the Eagles in 2014, including four starts, and did not allow a sack during that stretch.
Molk missed last season with a torn right biceps but is healthy now and looking for a new team. If he makes that new team his old team, it would allow the Chargers to move Watt to guard or cut ties with Robinson … or both.
