THIRD ROUND
The Best: C Nick Hardwick (2004)
If you ask me again in two years, the answer to this question might be Keenan Allen. For now, the choice is Hardwick, who started 136 games over the course of a brilliant 11-year career. Known for is intelligence and grit, Hardwick made the Pro Bowl in 2006 and won the Ed Block Courage Award in 2008.
The Worst: ILB Anthony Waters (2007)
Another busted linebacker prospect, Waters tore his ACL as a senior at Clemson and never fully recovered. He spent just two seasons in San Diego, racking up more games played (20) than tackles (14). He was out of the league entirely after just four seasons.
